Cara Wells

CEO || Wellness Coach

Cara Wells has been dedicated to helping people achieve better health through the Ideal Protein Protocol since 2015. Initially, she assisted Dr. Erik’s patients in losing weight to relieve joint pressure and reduce inflammation. Recognizing a broader need, she soon expanded her efforts to reach the greater community and beyond.

Understanding that each patient’s needs are unique and often challenging, Cara introduced additional services, treatments, and products to Renew Wellness. This commitment to supporting patients in their health journeys led her and Dr. Erik to establish Renew Wellness in conjunction with Chiro Clinic. As the COO of Renew Wellness, Cara plays a pivotal role in the organization’s success.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys managing a busy household of children and pets, volunteering at her church and her children’s school, gardening, cooking, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Maria Stockdale

Centralia Manager || Wellness Coach

Maria's passion for health and wellness started as a young girl wanting to help others. While in college for exercise physiology she worked as a pharmacy technician. Unaware all the time that her own health struggles would lead her where she was meant to change life's via medically supervised weight loss. After a lifelong battle with weight and obesity related complications she herself has lost
over 185 pounds.

Maria has been coaching Ideal Protein and wellness for over 13 years. Her youngest patient at just 10 years of age to most senior at 85, she is passionate about helping everyone. Maria was ranked as a top ten Ideal Protein coach in all of North America. She has trained and spoken at many events.

When she is not at the office you will find her enjoying the outdoors with her family and traveling to Michigan where she as born and raised.

Dr. Erik Wells

Chiropractor || Co-Owner

With nearly 20 years of chiropractic expertise, Dr Erik is dedicated to promoting "whole-istic" well-being through specialized care in motor vehicle accident rehab, wellness, health, weight loss, and pregnancy/prenatal treatment.

Beyond his chiropractic practice, he proudly serves as co-owner of Renew Wellness MedSpa in both Lakewood and Centralia, Washington along with his wife Cara Wells. This venture allows CHIRO CLINIC to integrate cutting-edge treatments with traditional chiropractic methods, offering a comprehensive approach to whole health, enabling people to feel good from the inside out. He is passionate about empowering individuals on their wellness journeys, and looks forward to continuing his commitment to providing quality care and innovative solutions for optimal health.

Dr Erik is an avid outdoorsman of the Pacific Northwest, a faithful and active community member and the "World's Best Dad-Uncle-Brother" to his large, all local, family of 4 boys, 1 daughter, 4 siblings and a gaggle of nieces and nephews!

Dr. Jerome Bouie, a Louisiana native and retired Army veteran, transitioned from a distinguished military career to healthcare. After completing nursing school, he advanced into leadership roles and later earned his doctorate to become
a hospitalist.

Dr. Jerome is dedicated to his family, sharing his life with his wife, Lyne, their two children, Devin and London, and their three beloved dogs.

I, Dr. Charlee earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Washington State University—Go Cougs! I further pursued my passion for health and wellness by earning a Bachelor of Human Biology, a Master of Sports Science, and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Western States.

My approach to care is rooted in holistic principles, and I am dedicated to helping others achieve optimal well-being. Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy staying active through hiking, playing a variety of sports, baking, and spending time with my family
and pets.

Lexi Madison

As a licensed Massage practitioner and licensed Master Aesthetician. I have been working in a clinical environment for the past 5 years and 2 years in a holistic spa environment. I pride myself on having a unique approach to care by combining the duality of these contrasting experiences to create an atmosphere that is tranquil and treatment driven. My expertise includes deep tissue, injury treatment, craniosacral, hot stone, cupping, Lomi Lomi and Swedish massage.

My Master Aesthetics background includes training in treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling, LED therapy, advanced laser theory, cellulite treatment, body services and lymphatic drainage. I enjoy the connections that I get to build with clients and the education that I can provide, to empower them to understand their skin and body needs more
in-depth.

Laughing as much as I can, traveling, spending time with family and my fluffy little puppy Ginger are my favorite
things in life.
